All of this is due to our strict commitment to quality. To that end, we improve every process every day to deliver products of unparalleled quality to our customers.

Naturally grown ingredients

We believe that when it comes to food, the quality of the ingredients is everything. If we can obtain delicious ingredients, the quality of the food will naturally improve dramatically.

And as a result of our commitment to the quality of our ingredients, we have arrived at the idea of ​​growing our own produce using natural farming methods. We don't put anything unnecessary into the fields, and food tastes best when left in its natural state.

The challenge of creating a true Japanese beer

Our signature product is Japanese beer. We use 100% Japanese-grown, naturally grown two-row barley, produced in-house. We use natural yeast from a sake brewery that was founded 350 years ago. Our goal is to create a truly "Japanese beer."

All of our ingredients are sourced in Japan. We hope you will enjoy this pinnacle of Japanese fermentation culture.

  • Q1:What precautions should I take when placing an order?

    A1:We only accept orders placed two weeks prior to the start of the peak season.

    In addition, additional charges may apply and will be billed separately in the following cases.
    In such cases, please note that you will be required to pay using the payment method you specified when placing your order or a method designated by us.

    - If the shipping company's regulations determine that your delivery is to a remote area (remote islands, mountainous regions, etc.), an additional charge will be incurred. This will be determined by entering your postal code into the system. In such cases, we will contact you by email to inform you.
    - If the shipping address you entered is incorrect and redelivery or address correction is required, a 12 euro fee will be charged. In such cases, payment will be made by credit card. (When ordering, please enter the correct delivery address, including the building name and room number.)

    A2:We currently ship mainly to North and Central America and Europe.

    A3:When your product arrives, you may be charged duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount will vary depending on the country/region and the order contents.

  • Q4:How long will it take to deliver after I place my order?

    A4:Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 3 business days.
    After shipping, delivery usually takes about 10 business days.

    *Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions.

  • Q5:Can I purchase and receive food and craft beer overseas?

    A5:Some countries and regions have restrictions on the import of food and alcohol. When importing alcoholic beverages, you must comply with the rules of the importing country. Prior application may be required, so please verify your country's import regulations.

    Before placing an order on our e-commerce site, please be sure to check with your country's DHL to determine what license is required. Once you place your order, we will consider that the check is complete and you have agreed to all terms and conditions. Returns will not be accepted if the item is shipped by us and cannot be received locally. If you return the item, you will be charged for the product and airfare.

    Additionally, there are some countries and regions where shipping alcohol is not possible. Please check with your local DHL representative regarding this. In the case of returns, you will be charged for the product and airfare.

    ※Consignee needs to provide us all the necessary import license or permit if required by authorities.

  • Q6:Can I return or cancel my order?

    A6:Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.
    However, if you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product, taking detailed photos of the damaged area.
